Commercial Real Estate Advisor
Since the age of 5, I began to develop my love for real estate. I'd build homes out of Legos and practice my selling techniques with my Lego people. This passion has stuck with me from childhood through adulthood.
After graduating from college, I started dabbling in real estate as a personal investment while working full time as a data analyst. By the virtue of my job at the time I realized the power of information while brokering deals. After advising many of my friends and family on real estate deals I thought it was finally time to start doing it full time and I've never looked back since then. There is a saying that if someone refers to a place as something that "used to be there" then they've been in the area for too long! That is me with the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill (the Triangle) area. I went to college in the Triangle, fell in love with my wife (and the area), stayed back and raised two boys with my beautiful wife.
As a real estate advisor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of the day when they have a question or concern.
When not helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, you can find me mountain biking the trails at the Umstead State Park or spending time with my beloved family.
