Dan was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, he came back to the Triangle and pursued a career in real estate. Dan knows the area, the culture, the people, and he has an eye for finding good real estate deals. He loves his community and he finds fulfillment in helping buyers and sellers through major times in their lives, it is his way of giving back! In his downtime, he is likely gaming or reading about history in true nerd fashion!
