COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ADVISOR
Jack has global industrial and manufacturing experience with an insatiable desire to both learn and educate others. His strengths are listening to those around him and helping them get to where they want to be. He has developed lifelong friendships, partnerships, and connections in many industries and locations which will be invaluable in working with clients in both the commercial and residential real estate markets.
Jack has a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Masters in Engineering Management degree from Western New England University in Springfield, MA. He also has an Executive MBA from Duke University in Durham, NC. His other formal learnings include Certified Purchasing Manager, Secondary School Mathematics Teacher, and a professor of Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Quality, Safety, and Business Methods. He’s worked in various industries starting in electric power plants, high-tech robotics, computer manufacturing, and specialty packaging. The consistent feedback from his students, classmates, co-workers, and managers is that Jack has a passion for leading and teaching others with a cooperative, friendly, and helpful style. Jack purchased his first house when he was fresh out of college and has bought/sold/rented dozens of properties since then. He has lived on the east coast of the US and overseas in Asia. For the last 20 years, he has been living in the Triangle and Triad areas of North Carolina. Jack has trained as a home inspector, has been on HOA boards, and is a PTA volunteer – all skills that help him and his clients to be successful in real estate. He is currently an active real estate investor and knows the investment business/market well. Jack’s greatest passion, however, is being a loving husband and dad to two amazing children.
