She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed advanced coursework in Real Estate Management, Commercial Real Estate Accounting, and Real Estate Financial Calculations. To further strengthen her expertise in property valuation and return optimization, Theresa completed the Real Estate Appraisal Licensing coursework and successfully passed the licensure examination. Her strong educational foundation, combined with decades of hands-on experience, has cultivated a highly analytical, creative, and solutions-driven approach to commercial real estate.
