Theresa has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. She started her real estate career in New York city and moved to Cary North Carolina in 1999. She has extensive  knowledge and experience in sales, leasing, property management and real estate investment analysis. Theresa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed courses on Real Estate Management, Commercial Real Estate Accounting and Real Estate Financial Calculations. She took the Real Estate Appraisal Licensing course  and passed the licensure exam to understand how to evaluate properties and maximize their return. Her education, along with many years of real estate experience, has helped develop a creative, problem solving, and analytical mind. Theresa is also a certified and active North Carolina Real Estate Licensing Instructor.
