Originally from Mexico, Flora brings a strong cultural understanding and bilingual expertise to her work in real estate. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon before relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina in 1999 with her husband and three children. Having lived and worked in the Triangle for many years, Flora understands the local market as well as the unique needs of Spanish-speaking clients and business owners navigating real estate transactions.

As a fluent Spanish speaker, she serves as a trusted advocate for the Spanish-speaking business community, ensuring clients fully understand each step of the process, from negotiations and documentation to closing.
