Since the age of 5, Sunil began to develop his love for real estate. He would build homes out of Legos and practice his selling techniques with his Lego people. This passion has stuck with Sunil from childhood through adulthood. After graduating from college, Sunil started dabbling in real estate as a personal investment while working full-time as a data analyst. By the virtue of his job at the time Sunil realized the power of information while brokering deals. After advising many of his friends and family on real estate deals Sunil thought it was finally time to start doing it full time and he has not looked back since. There is a saying that if someone refers to a place as something that " used to be there" then they've been in the area for too long! That is Sunil with the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill(the triangle) area. He went to college in the triangle, fell in love with his wife (and the area), stayed, and raised two boys with his beautiful wife. As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Sunil's first priority is to make his clients happy. He listens to my clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Sunil's clients can count on him at any time of the day when they have a question or concern. When Sunil is not helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, you can find him mountain biking the trails at Umstead State Park or spending time with his beloved family.
