Sunil’s passion for real estate began at an early age, long before it became his profession. As a child, he spent hours building homes out of Legos and practicing sales scenarios—an early foundation for what would become a lifelong interest. That enthusiasm carried into adulthood, where he began investing in real estate after college while working full-time as a data analyst.

His background in data analytics shaped his approach to real estate, reinforcing the importance of market intelligence, informed decision-making, and strategic analysis when advising clients and structuring deals. After successfully guiding friends and family through real estate transactions, Sunil transitioned into the industry full time—bringing with him a strong analytical mindset and a client-first philosophy that continues to define his work.

Sunil has deep roots in the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill Triangle, having attended college in the area, built a life there, and raised his family locally. This long-standing connection provides him with valuable insight into the region’s evolving real estate market, neighborhoods, and investment opportunities.
