Monique is a licensed real estate broker who began her career in residential real estate, bringing a strong analytical mindset and client-focused approach to every transaction. Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, she attended Southeast Raleigh High School before earning a track and field scholarship to Elon University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry.

Following graduation, Monique spent eight years working in the pharmaceutical industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for process, precision, and understanding the “how” and “why” behind complex systems. This scientific background shapes her real estate practice, allowing her to analyze transactions thoroughly, explain details clearly, and guide clients through each step with confidence and clarity. Whether working with residential or commercial clients, Monique is committed to educating her clients, minimizing uncertainty, and ensuring a smooth, well-informed experience.

Monique is a member of Black Women of Real Estate Sorority, Inc. (BWRE) and is known for her approachable personality, attention to detail, and ability to build strong client relationships. She believes real estate should be both professional and enjoyable, and she strives to make every transaction efficient, transparent, and engaging.

Outside of real estate, Monique enjoys spending time with her husband and high school sweetheart, Tim, spoiling their dog Chi Chi, and indulging her love for purple, tacos, and a good corny joke or meme.
