With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry as a Sales and Service Coordinator, Vennie developed exceptional skills in customer service, client communication, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. She served as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses, smooth service delivery, and a high level of client satisfaction while supporting technical and sales teams.

Her career also includes serving as a Production Manager at an export company, where she oversaw manufacturing workflows and international logistics. She was later promoted to Executive Assistant to the President, providing executive-level administrative support, coordinating strategic initiatives, and managing daily operations with professionalism, discretion, and precision.
